Jazz music is getting popular in Taiwan, and in Taichung there's an annual Jazz festival!
This time we invited teacher Meng-wen Shih, who teaches music in Ching-shwei Highschool, to share the colorful hisory of Jazz music.
You'll know why Jazz can make you want to "swing"!
