Under the guidance of his first coach, he learned to be humble, like a grain of rice. Despite challenges with growth and injuries in junior high, he persevered in competition. Having participated in two Olympics, he experienced pressure, setbacks, and lows, realizing that success comes from continuous training, and that perseverance is the key to overcoming setbacks.
On the sports field, the lecture emphasized that neither success nor failure is permanent; what matters most is gratitude and the Olympic spirit. Finally, an interactive game was used to help everyone experience the power of perseverance and teamwork.
