We are going to celebrate the birthday of the Jazz legend, Bessie Smith, and talk about the influence she brought to modern music. Bessie Smith (1894-1937) was one of the greatest singers of her time. A superstar of the early recording era, Smith was the highest-paid Black entertainer of her day.

Passionate about music, Vicky has mastered different instruments since childhood. In 2013, she taught herself to play the guitar and started to write songs. Vicky specializes in singing in foreign languages, mastering musical genres such as hip-hop R&B, reggae ska, and jazz.
