The distance between raptors and humans
Hits:218

This lecture is authorized by the lecturer, and the online live broadcast is open at the same time: Youtube
《brief introduction
When talking about raptors, many people may think that they can only be encountered in the deep mountains and wild mountains. However, in fact, there are many raptors living in cities in Taiwan, even right next to you and me. They may be our neighbors every day. Without knowing it. However, raptors, whether in the wild or in cities, have all encountered injuries directly or indirectly related to humans, resulting in injuries, illness, and even death. In the raptor rescue and injury station attached to the Bird of Prey Association, many raptors were rescued from injuries caused by car accidents, collisions with windows, sticky mouse boards, etc., and there were even many little owls that were mistakenly "kidnapped" out of love. Veterinarians and volunteers at the rescue station face many challenges every day. The ultimate goal is to hope that these injured and injured raptors can return to the wild. However, if they die unfortunately, they also hope to find out the cause of their death and whether there is any hidden secret in their bodies.
