The Liming Branch Library is located on Boai Street, Nantun District, Taichung City. Established in March 1977, the library has undergone several upgrades and renovations since its inception. The library building consists of four floors above ground and one floor below ground, covering a total floor area of 942.36 square meters.
On the first floor of the library, readers can access the Periodical Reading Room and Children's Room, while the Inter Resource Rooms are located on the second and third floors. The Study Room, anime, and novel area are situated on the fourth floor. The library's comprehensive collection of 70,000 books includes Chinese and foreign children's books and periodicals.
Located inside the Liming Community, the library primarily serves patrons from the nearby communities, the Central District Office of the Executive Yuan, Liming Elementary School, and Liming Junior High School.
In addition to promoting reading and literacy, the Liming Branch Library also serves as the Branch Service Management Center, overseeing the operations of Jingwu, Zhongxing, and Liming branches. The library aims to provide access to information and foster community engagement through various educational and cultural programs.
