In 2018, the library introduced a pioneering 24-hour intelligent customer service for nationwide public libraries. Citizens can access this service through the library's official website, Line service, or the in-library smart voice convenience station:

  • Utilizing speech recognition and natural language understanding technology, citizens can verbally seek information.
  • A speech recognition database is established to offer diverse information services, including intelligent consultation desks, FAQs, daily life convenience services, event and book inquiries, and more.
