Southbound

Freeway 1: Pass Wangtian Exchange, head to Changhua System Exchange to Freeway 3; exit at Zhongxing Exchange and head toward Zhongxing New Village; turn right on Provincial Highway 14 to reach Zhongxing New Village -> Turn right onto Guanghua Road in the middle upon seeing the roundabout and head straight for another 500 meters to reach (located in between Zhongxing Police Station and Zhongxing Post Office).
