To facilitate the utilization of the National Library of Public Information's digital resources by teachers, students, and employees from related schools and institutions these entities can apply collectively for digital library cards. Schools and institutions interested in such a service should refer to the "Library Card Guidelines of the National Library of Public Information." When completing the application process, a designated contact person should be identified, and the "Application Form" and "Personal Information Authorization Agreement Statement" should be submitted to the Library along with an official document. Once the official document has been approved, the contact person should complete the reader information file according to the provided form and email the file to ecard@nlpi.edu.tw. Upon receiving the files and completing the necessary procedures, the Library will send a reply to the contact person via email, who should then inform all applicants. Applicants can use their account (ID card number) and password (default password is the applicant's birthday date) to access the Library's extensive digital resources.
