Mistakenly Returned Materials Handling Key Points

3.The Library has set up a special area for mistakenly returned materials, which will be kept for a period of six months. Readers can contact the circulation service desk at the main library or branch libraries to collect the mistakenly returned materials with a signed receipt. If the materials need to be sent by the Library, the reader shall bear the related shipping costs.
4.If the mistakenly returned materials are not collected within the storage period, the Library will carry out a notice and retrieval procedure, with a notice period of two weeks.
5.If no one claims the materials after the notice period, the Library will transfer them to the Knowledge Organization Section for processing in accordance with the Library's guidelines for accepting donated library materials.
