The Crisis and Turnaround of Frogs
Hits:53
This lecture is authorized by the lecturer and will be broadcast live online.
《brief introduction
Frogs are not only important indicator species in the ecosystem, but also key players in maintaining ecological balance. There are even many aspects of human life that rely on frogs. However, habitat destruction, climate change, environmental pollution, invasive species, disease, and predation are threatening many frog species and even putting them at risk of extinction. Let us start by getting to know them, understanding their habits and importance, analyzing the survival challenges of frogs, and thinking about how to join the fight to save frogs through conservation actions such as ecological conservation, habitat restoration, prevention of alien invasive species and public participation, so as to create a sustainable home for frogs and help these frogs turn crisis into opportunity.
