This Library is a national-class digital library and “collection digitalization” is one of its major operations. This Library has completed the digitalization of old newspapers, old books, old Japanese books, and local literature in order to publicize national collections and promote historical and cultural inheritance.

This Library mainly collects old Japanese books from the Japanese Colonial Era and digitalizes them for convenient viewing and promotion.
