In May 2026, the National Library of Public Information (NLPI) hosted the second Asia-Pacific Public Library Forum. Centered around the theme "Strategies, Innovations, and the Future of Reading Promotion," the forum brought together 17 experts and scholars to share practical experiences and forward-looking perspectives. Through cross-border exchanges and dialogue, the event gathered fresh insights into reading promotion, collectively sketching out a long-term vision for cooperation and development among public libraries across the Asia-Pacific region.
