Why did I see there were some readers studying in each Reading Area in National Library of Public Information?

There are 310 seats provided on Floor B1. However, it is not enough for a lot of students to study during their examination period, so we open additional seats for readers to study on the fourth and fifth floors. We retain certain Reading Areas not to be used for self-study from the first to third floor, fourth, and fifth floor to allow other readers to use digital resources, periodicals, newspaper, and library books. We have our librarians inspect and control for this. If readers encounter problems with seating in the Reading Room, please call the librarians for assistance. Apologies for inconvenience caused.
