- Borrowing books: Maximum 30 books can be borrowed at the main branch (including periodicals in branch libraries). Readers can choose if they would like to borrow the accessories along with a book (periodical); accessories do not count toward the number of books (periodicals) borrowed
- Borrowing audiovisual materials:
- Use in the library: Readers should use it on the seat in the Audiovisual Media Center.
- Borrowing: General readers can lend 8 audiovisual materials at most. Disabled readers can lend 15 audiovisual materials at most.
