I've lost my lirbrary card. What should I do?

  1. When you have lost your library card, you should immediately go to our library to report the loss. If you do not report the loss, you are responsible for compensation from someone else falsely using your card. Besides, we have to cancel your right of borrowing.
  2. It is not allowed to apply for multiple library cards or to pass on a library card to someone else. Once we find someone makes has applied and/or uses multiple cards, borrows, falsely claims, and falsely uses someone else's library card, that person's library rights will be suspended for 180 days.
  3. Readers should bring their original identity document to apply for a new library card when thery have lost the card. Besides, readers have to pay the nominal fee of reissuing according to our charge standard of fees. If readers bring iPASS or EasyCard to handle the reissue and renewal, they will not be charged any fees.
  4. Readers should actively notify us of changes in their personal information after we have issued their library card.
