How to acquire the retrieval service? Are there any restrictions?

- Anyone (reader) who holds a library card and has not been suspended from the exercise of certain rights has the right to use the retrieval service.
- For library collections located in the Closed Stacks that can be found via the enquiry system for library collections, you can use access to the online retrieval service by clicking on the “bar code number” on the search results screen (click “reservation” for library collection items already borrowed).
- For library collections located in the Closed Stacks that cannot be found via the enquiry system for library collections, please apply for the retrieval service in writing by visiting the service counter on the third floor of the Main Library.
