The digital library card means that readers can use the passing account of various digital resources in our library instead of issuing a physical card.
The application is open to citizens of the Republic of China (ROC) and foreign residents with Alien Resident Certificate (ARC), who have never applied for a personal library card from our library or the Taichung Public Library.
