You can use the collection inquiry website to check your forgotten password. You can check your password by entering your personal account (ID number with the initial capital letter, or the library card number) and the E-mail address you provided. If you did not provide an e-mail at the time of registration, you can call or appear at the counter to provide your personal identity information, so that the Librarian can help you reset the password.
