How long can I borrow a book from the library?

Hits:848
  1. The borrowing period is 30 days (14 days for popular books and new books). Before the borrowing period expires, the borrower may renew the book for one time only via the enquiry system for library collections, the telephone service or in person at the service counter. The borrowing period can be extended by 30 days as of the date of renewal (14 days for popular books and new books). If the borrowing period of the book has been exceeded or the borrower's right to borrow the book has been suspended or if any payment is overdue or the book has been reserved by another borrower, the book cannot be renewed.
  2. Supplements to the book (periodical) must be borrowed, returned and renewed together with the book (periodical).
